Hardship Response Team Survey
The goal of the Hardship Response Team is to assist those in the August Gate family who are experiencing hardship and suffering in life by faithfully walking alongside of them, helping to bear their burdens, and caring for them as they need.
You can help with this team in two main ways:
1) We desire for every covenant member to play at least a small part on this church-wide ministry by responding with the ways you are able and willing to help care for people walking through hardship as your time, resources, and abilities allow. This will build a network of people that care coordinators can deploy to serve and care for one another in the church as needs arise. Please note those ways you're willing to serve below.
2) We are also looking for men and women who are passionate about and gifted in this to serve as care coordinators. Care coordinators will organize care for those going through hardship based on how people in the church are willing and able to serve. Care coordinators will receive this information from the team leader and will then help deploy the people in the church who could fill needs for those walking through hardship.
