2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”
Because the Bible is the breathed-out Word of God, it is absolute truth. Every passage in the Bible teaches something to believe, not believe, do, or not do. So when we read the Bible with a submissive heart, we grow to truly know Jesus more. This growing knowledge will ignite a continual change in our hearts where we grow to love Jesus more. As we grow in our knowledge of and love for Jesus, we find that we are empowered to also grow in obedience to what His Word requires of us.
So join us as we read through the New Testament to grow as disciples who know, love, and follow Jesus. To access the plan and each daily reading, click on the Bible tab at the bottom of the app. With each reading, we’re inviting you to answer these three questions, and connect with your community about them to grow as disciples of Jesus together by His grace.
